be issued for services purchased on UMT Activation. Please read this policy
carefully before placing an order.

Nature of Services

All services provided on UMT Activation are digital in nature and relate to
UMT Dongle activation and renewal assistance. Once a service request is
successfully processed and completed through the relevant server systems,
the service is considered fulfilled.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Payment was successfully deducted, but the service could not be processed
  due to a confirmed technical issue on our side.
• Payment was deducted due to a payment gateway error and the service was
  not initiated or delivered.

In such cases, eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment
method within a reasonable processing time, depending on the payment gateway.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

• The activation or renewal service has been successfully completed on the
  UMT server using the information provided by the customer.
• Incorrect, incomplete, or invalid UMT box or dongle serial number was
  provided by the customer, and the service was processed successfully.
• The customer changes their mind after the service has been completed.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all provided information,
including UMT box or dongle serial numbers and selected service options,
is accurate before submitting an order. Once a digital service is completed,
it cannot be reversed, revoked, or reassigned.

Refund Review Process

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a technical
issue is confirmed to be caused by UMT Activation, an appropriate resolution
will be provided, which may include a refund or alternative service solution,
at our discretion.
